In-store and in in-store collections
Keemlaw ltd will offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. (Please see below) Proof of purchase will be required. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods, all edibles excluding faulty edibles are not returnable or exchanged
Simply bring the item to back to store with proof of purchase e.g. receipt, delivery note or order number complete your return.
In-store purchases Refunds
Keemlaw ltd will only offer a refund where a product is damaged, faulty or not fit for purpose and this is after a replacement has been offered. These such products will need to be inspected in-store.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5 working days for payments to clear via your original payment method. After this please email email@example.com
Sale or discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, discounted, reduced faulty items cannot be refunded.
Online Orders Returns
Online orders have distance selling protection which means you have 14 days after receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Then you have another 14 days to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs originally paid and shipping costs paid to return the item(s) are not refundable. You are responsible for the returned items until it arrives at our warehouse, you may want to consider tracking or getting a receipt for proof of posting.
