1.        Ordering

When your shopping is complete you will then go to checkout to pay, you will be asked to enter your credit card details.  Please ensure that your credit card correspond to the billing address, (you can however have a separate delivery address)

3.        Delivery Information

United Kingdom

Postal Delivery 

We act on a quote system to get you the best price from your purchase. We will contact you after you placed your purchase to discuss delivery costs.

Delivery charge is depends on the location, you will be emailed once all details are confirmed. 

We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Europe

For deliveries to mainland EU:

We will advise you via email.

Where a road service is not applicable, the order will be sent Air Express.

The price for the Air Express service is determined once we have received the order, packed, and weighed it.  You will be notified by email of the postage charges, at this point you can either confirm or cancel the order.

Worldwide (Outside of EU)

Air Express: Postage information will be sent via email for you to confirm.

4         Returns Policy

Damaged Goods Notification

If any item is broken or damaged upon delivery we’ll replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer.  We will refund the cost of returning the item to us too.  It’s as simple as that.  All we ask is that you must advise us within 7 days of receipt by email to: info@keemlaw.co.uk of call +44(0) 1622 717177 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT.  A courier that issues a tracking number should also return the goods.

Faulty Goods

If goods are deemed faulty please return them within 7 days and a full refund will be given.

5         Warranties

Where an item contains a manufacturers warranty.  All queries and claims should be made with the respective manufacturer.  In all other cases the goods should be returned to us with the following information:

 1. Your invoice number

2. The card information used to purchase the item, including name, address, and issue number and expiry date.

3. What is wrong with the item?

 If it is assessed that the goods have been used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions they will be replaced or a full refund will be given.

6         Complaints

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavor to respond to complaints within 5 working days.  Should you have a ‘returns’ query or a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us.
