Free Delivery in Kent is available when your order exceeds £50 plus VAT, excluding balloons. If your order is below £50, we utilize a quotation system to provide you with the most competitive pricing for your purchase. Following your order placement, we will reach out to you to discuss delivery costs. Our delivery options include personal delivery by our team, postal services, or courier services. We tailor our approach for each customer to ensure reasonable delivery costs. You can expect to hear from us through the email address you provided or via phone. The delivery charge is location-dependent, and you will receive an email confirmation once all details are finalized.

Additionally, we offer a convenient click-and-collect service, available from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Our delivery schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, although some carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Please note that products may be dispatched from multiple locations, but you won’t incur any extra delivery fees as a result.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery services to destinations outside of the Mainland United Kingdom.
