Glycerine can be used for various things, mainly to make something hard, softer. It can soften stiff fondant without causing it to be sticky. Glycerine is also great for softening gum paste. Great to add stretch and pliability to fondant. Glycerine can also be mixed in with chocolate to help thicken it for piping work. 2oz bottle.
